September 7, 2006 - Kayla will appear in concert with Stephen Cochran and Trailer Choir in Bowling Green Kentucky for the Lee Eric Drake Foundation and Suicide Prevention Week.
Kayla on TV - Kayla will appear at 7:30 am on Tennessee Country Mornings with hosts, Charlie Chase and Kelly Sutton.

Kayla Invited To Sing For Louisiana House of Representatives
Kayla had the honor and priviledge to sing for the Ponchatoula Kiwana's on Saturday, April 1, 2006. Louisiana House of Representative Tank Powell was in attendance and invited Kayla to sing for the House during this year's session. She will be performing sometime in May. Pictures of Kayla with Representative Powell will be posted soon.
Halls of St. Jude - Tuesday, March 28, 2006
Kayla's song "Halls of St. Jude" is being played across the nation by many stations participating in St. Jude Country Cares Radiothon. The Radiothons continue through mid June so keep your ears open, you may hear Kayla in your home town.

Kayla just returned from Nashville where she had two very productive songwriting sessions. At the age of 17, Kayla never dreamed she could write nor did she realize how much she would enjoy songwriting. I had never seen her have so much fun! Her career is blossoming before our eyes.

Kayla will be performing this weekend, March 18, 2006 at Strawberry Toast and Jam in Ponchatoula, Louisiana. She will be performing at 4:00pm.

Kayla will be returning to Nashville on March 24th to continue writing her second album with some great song writers.

Halls of St. Jude was a featured song on WYNK 101.5 for the St. Jude Radiothon! The program ran for 2 days and Halls of St. Jude was played numerous times during the radiothon. Scott Innes and the gang did a great job for St. Jude and Kayla was honored to be a part of the program!!
